Flanged Heaters

Circulation Heaters are packaged units designed to heat a flowing medium. These consist of flanged immersion heaters, vessel, insulation and controllers. Wide range of kilowatt ratings sheath materials, vessel sizes, terminal housings and control features are available for all types for all types of heating requirements.

Commercial water immersion heaters :- These heaters are made of one Copper sheathed Tubular heating element filled with high grade insulation powder & kanthal coil at the centre which is brazed to a Brass flange. Heaters are nickel chrome plated and are provided with earthing Terminals. A metallic cap is provided for protection of Terminals. 

Uses :- Light duty (intermittent) boilers, Washing machines, Geysers, Coffee urns, Sterilizers and for other commercial purposes.

Industrial water immersion heaters :- These heaters are made of Two or more Copper sheathed Tubular heating Elements brazed to brass flange. Heaters are nickel-chrome plated and are provided with earthing terminals. A cap is provided for protection of terminals. 

Uses :- Heavy duty industrial hot water baths, water jacketted apparatus, side arm circulating process tanks etc.
